About Otters Retreat

Set with the beautiful and awe inspiring backdrop of both the Isle of Skye and the Torridon Mountain range, Otters Retreat offers quiet accommodation with all your creature comforts in a plush and thoughtful ground floor apartment.

You'll enjoy space and privacy, and a lovely comfortable King Size bed. 

We do not have a license to advertise and offer a self catering unit, although it is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, with drying facilities available in our new boot room, up on the next floor of our house.

You will have a wide selection of continental breakfast items provided so that you can have breakfast when ever you wish! This includes a variety of teas, coffees, fresh fruit and juice, milk, a range of cereals, porridge, home made granola and home made marmalade, preserves, butter, yogurt and fresh bread. 

If you like adventure and taking to the water, then you will love where we are. Literally 5 minutes from the door step you can be kayaking, witnessing the beauty of Torridon mountains, Cuillins on Skye and the Hebrides. You can kayak across wonderful waters, whilst surrounded by some of the best views you will ever see!

Or do you prefer being on land, our area offers fantastic walks whilst taking in every inch of the scenery or bike trails that offer fun whilst surrounding yourself in everything Gairloch has to offer. Then after a day of adventures, you can come back to unwind at Otters Retreat.

And if you just want a gentle stroll with sand under your feet, then we have that also!
