Welcome to Otters Retreat in Big Sand, Scotland. Our spacious bed and breakfast apartment is perfect for two people, providing privacy and comfort. With its own entrance and patio area, you can enjoy dining al fresco in the summer evenings. Parking is available within the grounds of the house.
We offer a generous Continental Breakfast selection for the duration of your stay, allowing you to prepare it at your leisure. The apartment is fully equipped, including washing and ironing facilities. Additional drying facilities will soon be available in our new boot room. With central heating, a sitting room/dining room, and a large screen TV, the apartment provides a comfortable and relaxing environment. Free Wi-Fi, books, and board games are also provided for your entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen and separate shower room add to the convenience of your stay.
Although you will be staying in our home, you will have your own private area with the comfort and space not typically offered in a traditional B&B. For your safety, integral smoke alarms are linked throughout the entire property and can only be switched off by us.
During the summer, there are various dining options available nearby, with the nearest restaurant just a short walk away via the beach.
Please be aware that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
Check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm, with other times available by arrangement. Check-out is by 10 am, but alternative arrangements can be made upon request.
